Filling floor scales M-ER 334 ACFP-300.50/100 (520*420) LCD

Packing scales M-ER 334 ACFP-300.50/100 — reliable equipment for warehouses, logistics centers, production sites and commercial enterprises working with bulky goods. The model is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments and is supplied with state verification, which allows the scales to be used in commercial calculations. The scales operate in the range from 1 kg to 300 kg and provide stable accuracy over the entire measurement range. When turned on, the device undergoes self-diagnosis and outputs data to a high-contrast LCD display with a large indication. It is a durable and convenient equipment for daily work with heavy products.

Design features

The construction is based on a sturdy metal frame painted with powder paint. This treatment protects the metal from corrosion and prolongs the service life of the equipment. The enlarged 420×520 mm platform is made of stainless steel and is designed to accommodate large containers, boxes, bags and individual loads of various shapes. Overall dimensions are 425x625x865 mm. One high-sensitivity strain gauge is responsible for accuracy, designed for multiple overloads and stable operation under high load.

The folding stand allows you to conveniently place the scales in the workplace and saves storage space. An LCD display with large 9x21 mm symbols is installed on the rack, which are clearly visible from any angle. The push-button keyboard provides quick access to all functions: zeroing, selecting units of measurement, working with containers, and counting mode. When the permissible load is exceeded, the scales transmit an audible and visual signal, protecting the sensor from damage and extending the service life of the equipment.

Key design elements that make the model comfortable and reliable:

• reinforced frame with anti-corrosion powder coating;
• large LCD display on a folding stand;
• vandal-proof control panel and reinforced case sealing.

Advantages of the model

The scales support several operating modes: simple weighing, packing according to established limits, counting items of the same weight and sampling the weight of containers in the full range. The 50/100 g discreteness ensures the accuracy required for handling bulky goods, containers, and large-volume packaging.

The model uses a two-interval measurement scheme. The scales work in two intervals: up to 150 kg and up to 300 kg. In the first interval, the division price is 50 g, in the second — 100 g. This scheme provides increased accuracy in the lower range and stability when working with heavy products, which distinguishes the model from single-band scales with constant discreteness.

The scales operate confidently at temperatures from -10 to +40 °C. The built-in high-capacity battery ensures long-term autonomous operation, and MERTECH's energy-saving technology controls charge consumption. Each model undergoes state verification and meets the requirements of GOST. The equipment is officially guaranteed for two years.

The main advantages of the model:

• accuracy, confirmed by state verification and registration in the State Register;
• large 420×520 mm platform for heavy and bulky loads;
• two-interval circuit with increased accuracy in the lower interval;
• autonomous operation from an increased capacity battery;
• resistance to intense loads and temperature fluctuations.
