Filling floor scales M-ER 334 ACFP-150.20/50 (520*420) LCD

Packing scales M-ER 334 ACFP-150.20/50 — a reliable solution for trade, warehouses, logistics centers and production sites. The model is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments and is supplied with state verification, which allows its use in commercial calculations. The scales operate in the range from 0.4 kg to 150 kg and provide stable accuracy within the specified intervals. When turned on, the scales undergo self-diagnosis and display data on a large LCD display with a clear indication. It is a convenient and stable equipment for daily work with large and bulky loads.

Design features

The base of the scale is a sturdy metal frame, painted with powder paint. This coating protects the structure from corrosion and increases the service life of the equipment. The expanded platform size is 420×520 mm. Overall dimensions are 425x625x865 mm. Its surface is made of stainless steel, which allows you to safely place large packages, boxes, containers and products of any shape. One highly sensitive load cell is installed inside, designed for multiple overloads and stable operation during intensive operation.

The folding stand makes it easier to place the scales in confined spaces. An LCD display with large 9x21 mm characters is located on the rack, which are easy to read at any viewing angle. The push-button keyboard provides easy access to basic functions: zeroing, selecting units of measurement, working with containers, and counting mode. When the permissible load is exceeded, the scale provides an audible and visual signal, which helps protect the sensor and extend the service life of the equipment.

Key design elements that make the model user-friendly:

• reinforced metal frame with anti-corrosion powder coating;
• large LCD display on a folding stand;
• vandal-proof design of the control panel and reinforced sealing of the housing.

Advantages of the model

The scales support several modes: simple weighing, packing according to preset limits, counting items of the same weight and sampling the weight of the container in the full range. The discreteness of 20/50 g ensures the accuracy needed to work with large products, goods in containers and boxes.

The model uses a two-interval measurement scheme. The scales work in two intervals: up to 60 kg and up to 150 kg. In the first interval, the division price is 20 g, in the second — 50 g. This scheme allows you to get more accurate readings in the lower range than in single-band models with constant discreteness. Two-interval operation also reduces the minimum load and increases accuracy when working with medium-weight goods.

The scales confidently operate at temperatures from -10 to +40 °C, which allows the model to be used both in sales halls and in unheated warehouses. The built-in high-capacity battery ensures long-term autonomous operation. MERTECH's energy-saving technology controls charge consumption and increases battery life without a network connection. Each model undergoes state verification and meets the requirements of GOST. The equipment is officially guaranteed for two years.

The main advantages of the model:

• accuracy, confirmed by verification and registration in the State Register;
• large platform 420×520 mm for large loads;
• two-interval accuracy improvement scheme in the lower interval;
• reliable operation from a high-capacity battery;
• resistance to loads and temperature changes.
