MERTECH CL-2420 BLE SPP Dongle P2D USB Black Wireless Barcode Scanner

The MERTECH CL-2420 BLE SPP is a wireless 2D scanner for warehouses, retail and pick-up points. The model is designed to work in conditions of high mobility and intensive turnover, where stable communication, accurate reading and protection from external influences are important.

The scanner combines a modern 2D Image module, a long-range wireless connection and a reinforced housing design, which makes it a convenient tool for working in large areas.

Advantages of the scanning module and wireless communication

The MERTECH CL-2420 uses a 2D Image module based on the updated A7 chip, which provides stable data processing and read speeds of up to 100 scans per second. The scanner confidently recognizes both linear and two-dimensional barcodes, including Data Matrix, QR Code, MicroQR, PDF417 and other formats.

The minimum contrast of the barcode is 20%, and the minimum resolution is 3 mil, which allows you to work with poorly printed and small labels. The reading range reaches 380 mm, depending on the type of code.

The wide camera angle of 40° × 31° and high sensitivity to the barcode position (tilt up to ±65°, deviation up to ±60°, 360° rotation) allow you to scan goods without precise guidance, speeding up work with a large flow.

The 3500K Antireflected LED Antireflective backlight and the 525 nM contrasting triangular sight ensure stable reading in bright light, on glare surfaces and from mobile device screens.

The scanner supports the Honest SIGN and USAIS systems, and the 512 KB built-in memory allows you to save more than 4,000 USAIS codes in the temporary absence of a connection.

Data is transmitted via Bluetooth and BLE 5.0 using a USB receiver. The wireless range reaches 100 meters, which makes the model convenient for use in warehouses, sales halls and acceptance areas.

Advantages of the case and ergonomics

The MERTECH CL-2420 case is made of durable plastic and polycarbonate (ABS + PC) and has an IP65 degree of protection, providing resistance to dust and moisture when used in commercial and warehouse premises.

The scanner can withstand up to 50 drops from a height of 1.8 m onto a concrete surface and multiple falls from a height of 1.5 m, which reduces the risks of downtime and breakdowns during active operation.

The trigger resource is designed for 5 million triggers. To confirm the successful reading, a combined indication is used: light, sound and vibration response, which is especially convenient in noisy areas.

The ergonomic shape of the case and the weight of 265g make it possible to work comfortably with the scanner during the entire shift without increased stress on the brush.

Scope of application

MERTECH CL-2420 BLE SPP is designed for use in stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, warehouses and pick-up points. The scanner is compatible with popular cash register and commodity accounting systems, including 1C, VLSI and EVOTOR, and is easily integrated into the existing IT infrastructure.

The wireless format and extended transmission range make the model convenient for working in large areas and when moving the operator between zones.
