MERTECH C25E-RN10 Industrial Barcode Scanner

Attention: The C25E-RN10 series scanners are available in various versions, differing in functionality, connection interfaces, and mounting method. Before buying, make sure that the selected model meets the requirements of your project. All modifications have an industrial design and high reading accuracy, but they are focused on different automation tasks.

The C25E-RN10 is a compact 2D industrial—grade scanner designed for automatic barcode reading in manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Equipped with a CMOS sensor with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels and a speed of up to 60 frames/second, it stably recognizes codes on moving objects at speeds up to 2 m/s.

Thanks to intelligent decoding algorithms, the device effectively reads damaged, fuzzy and improperly placed codes, including markings that meet the requirements of the Honest Sign system.

Advantages of MERTECH C25E-RN10

• A wide range of supported formats: 1D (EAN, Code 128, Code 39, etc.) and 2D (Data Matrix, QR, PDF417).
• Fair Sign compatibility: correct reading of codes of all product groups, including medicines, dairy products, clothing, tobacco.
• Reliability in difficult conditions: aluminum housing, protection class IP54, resistant to dust, vibrations and drops from 1.2 m.
• Speed and accuracy: Super Scan technology and high refresh rate make it possible to instantly recognize codes even on reflective surfaces and screens.
• Flexible integration: supports RS232, Ethernet interfaces (TCP/UDP/Modbus/Profine/Ethernet).
• Optics: autofocus (SAR models), manual focus (SMR models), individual adjustment (CS/C).

C25E-RN10 labeling Applications: how the scanner improves efficiency

The introduction of the C25E-RN10 industrial scanner makes it possible to significantly increase the productivity and accuracy of working with labeled products in the Honest Sign system. Below are the key scenarios where the device brings maximum benefit.:

• Production lines: automated verification of the availability and quality of Data Matrix codes on packaging. The risk of marriage and fines is reduced.
• Packing and packaging: stable reading from blisters, foil and glass thanks to the megapixel sensor. The line capacity increases.
• Warehouses and logistics: verification during acceptance and shipment. Errors are reduced and pallet aggregation is accelerated.
• Pharmacies and pharmaceuticals: package authentication during sale or shipment, integration with serialization systems.
• Aggregation centers: mass reading of labeling during the formation of transport packages.
• Accounting automation: integration with ERP, MES, and WMS allows for full digital traceability.

The result: reduced errors, increased processing speed, reliable operation with the Honest Sign system without additional personnel costs.

Typical areas of use

With its combination of precision, speed and reliability, the MERTECH C25E-RN10 is becoming a one-stop solution for businesses seeking full digital traceability and compliance with mandatory labeling requirements.
