MERTECH V30E Navigation Scanner (3.1mm)

The MERTECH V30E is an intelligent barcode scanner with navigation functions, specifically designed to work as part of AGV, AMR, and production lines. Thanks to deep learning algorithms and high sensitivity, it effectively recognizes barcodes and navigation tags even at high speeds and in difficult lighting conditions.

Configuration and features of the modification

The package includes a MERTECH V30E industrial scanner with a 3.1mm lens and an RS485 control cable for the V30E scanner. Cable number: 61ME.0359-A-02.

The MERTECH V30E (3.1mm) modification is equipped with autofocus and a CMOS Global Shutter scanning module. This module captures an image without distortion when an object moves, so the scanner is suitable for navigation, conveyor reading, and working with mobile robots.

The MERTECH V30E enclosure has an IP64 protection certificate. The scanner is protected from dust and water jets, so it is suitable for use in industrial premises, production lines and logistics areas.

Key Features of the MERTECH V30E

• Intelligent decoding: neural network algorithms ensure high accuracy when reading corrupted and low-contrast codes.
• High—frequency shooting: up to 120 frames/s, up to 120 codes/s, global shutter - optimal for moving objects.
• Support for special codes: DataMatrix DM-12, DM-14 and their arrays are used in AGV navigation and marking of micro—components.
• Wide field of view: up to 78°×69° with a 2.1mm lens, interchangeable optics for the task.
• Vibration and motion resistance: stable operation at object speeds up to 3 m/s.

• Working with DataMatrix DM-12 and DM-14 microcodes, including in the form of an array.
• Optimization of driving routes and automatic positioning correction.
• Integration into the logistics system via Ethernet or RS485.

Application areas

• AGV/AMR navigation: a platform for orientation of mobile robots in warehouse and industrial premises.
• Automotive Industry: Scanning of DPM codes on parts, metal surfaces and curved elements.
• Electronics: reading micro-markings on boards, chips, and components.
• Production lines: product passing control and code reading in motion.
• Logistics: identification and sorting of parcels on automatic lines with the participation of robots.
• Medicine: reading codes on test tubes, packages, and equipment at high flow density.

The MERTECH V30E is a new generation intelligent scanner that combines the capabilities of an industrial decoder and a navigation sensor. It is suitable for robotic logistics systems, flexible production lines and projects where high speed, precision and compactness are important.
