MERTECH C20DU-RN07 Industrial Barcode Scanner

The MERTECH C20DU-RN07 is an industrial 2D scanner designed for reliable reading of 1D, 2D, and DPM codes in manufacturing, logistics, and mandatory labeling. The scanner can be easily integrated into any automated systems, supports the "Fair Sign" and ensures high accuracy even on moving objects.

Key Advantages of MERTECH C20DU-RN07

• Error-free reading in motion: The Global CMOS Shutter captures an object at speeds up to 2 m/s.
• Wide interfaces USB HID, USB COM emulation, RS232.
• Working with DPM and corrupted codes: high sensitivity, 1280×1080 resolution and red LED backlight allow you to scan complex marks on metal and plastic.
• Compact size: 45×43×25 mm with a weight of 98 g — ideal for installation in automatic machines, conveyors, robotic arms.
• Reliability in extreme conditions: IP65, resistant to moisture, dust, drops from 1 m, storage temperature range -20°C to +70°C.

Application areas

• Production lines and packaging
• Sorting and automated warehouses
• Acceptance of goods in retail chains
• Handling marked and excisable goods

Compliance with the "Fair Sign"

The C20DU-RN07 scanner fully complies with the requirements of the state product labeling system. It reads two-dimensional Data Matrix codes from packages of medicines, clothing, alcohol, dairy products and other categories. This ensures the correct transmission of information to the FGIS MDLP traceability system and compliance with labeling legislation.

Additionally, the C20DU-RN07 is suitable for working with excise stamps and EGAIS labels, which makes it a universal solution for trading alcohol and other excisable goods.

Analytics: C20DU-RN07 as a driver of production efficiency

The MERTECH C20DU-RN07 solves the key challenges of modern labeling and logistics, especially in areas where compactness, speed and precision are required.

In production

• It is integrated into conveyor lines without requiring additional fasteners or cooling.
• Scans the labeling at the packaging and aggregation stage, ensuring compliance with quality control.
• Reduces the percentage of defects and automates the reconciliation of codes with the 1C database or the MES system.

In logistics

• It provides fast acceptance and sorting of labeled goods with aggregation of codes on pallets and boxes.
• It works in warehouses with variable lighting and different heights of the object — without the need for manual focus.
• It allows you to implement traceability even in limited spaces, for example, inside a sorting module.

Thus, the C20DU-RN07 is an economical and reliable labeling solution that ensures compliance with legislation and simultaneously speeds up all processes: from production to shipment.
