The MERTECH 2210 wired scanner was designed for use at the checkout. For wired connection, it uses USB-HID, USB-COM emulation, and RS-232. The device is compatible with online cash registers from Evotor, Shtrih, Atol, Mercury, and other brands. The external panel color is white.
MERTECH 2210 — Next Generation Device
The two-dimensional barcode reader model 2210 belongs to the new MARK2 generation. The new version improved the SUPERLEAD technology, added Antireflect glare suppression technology, and the Vibrocheck vibration feedback.
New models exceed the previous generation in many characteristics:
- Precise scanning of codes from reflective surfaces.
- Increased reading distance for labels.
- Extended scanning coverage area.
- Recognition of small or very large labels.
- High-contrast and bright target for aiming.
- Vibration feedback for use in a noisy environment.
All devices from the MARK2 generation meet the requirements of CRPT and FGIS/SEUAP. The wired scanner can be used for selling labeled products and alcoholic beverages. New devices have been added to the list of recommended devices by 1C.
Specifications of the Wired Model
The external panels of the casing are made of plastic and polycarbonate. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand. The casing panels protect the electronics from multiple drops from a height of 150 cm.
