The MERTECH G400 thermal transfer printer is suitable for printing labels and receipts. This industrial-grade model can print up to 30,000 labels per day.
Advantages of the Model
The industrial-grade printer features a reliable construction. The thermal head's lifespan is estimated for 50 km of receipts or labels. The stable operation of the printing mechanism is ensured by 8 sensors. Settings can be managed via a user-friendly panel with a display.
The MERTECH G40 model supports a wide range of page codes, fonts, and barcodes. PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR codes can be used for printing. The 300 DPI resolution allows for printing fine text. Printing templates can be managed in the free Bartender software.
For connection to a computer, both wired and wireless interfaces are available. The basic configuration includes support for USB and RS-232. Optionally, connections via Ethernet, Parallel, and Wi-Fi are available.
The printer features a modern design with black and gray panels. A transparent window on the case allows monitoring of the mechanism's operation and controlling the remaining ribbon winding. Changing rolls takes no more than 15 seconds with the technology implemented.

The mechanism prints on self-adhesive labels and ribbons made of paper, textiles, or synthetic materials. The suitable ribbon width ranges from 30 to 100 mm. The compartment size is designed for rolls with a diameter of up to 230 mm and a winding of up to 450 m. The printing mechanism is compatible with wax, resin, or mixed ribbons.
