MERTECH 80 is a desktop thermal printer for receipt printing. The device is available in several modifications. They differ in the set of available interfaces. This version of the printer can connect to the cash register via RS-232, USB, RJ12, Ethernet.
Technical Specifications
The MERTECH 80 printer operates on the principle of thermal printing. The information medium is a thermal receipt paper with a sensitive layer. When the heated thermal head touches the paper, the surface of the medium darkens.

Model Advantages
The MERTECH 80 receipt thermal printer can print linear and two-dimensional codes. Linear barcodes such as EAN 13, EAN 8; ITF; UPC-A; UPC-E; CODEBAR; CODE 39, 93, 128 are available for printing. It also prints two-dimensional barcodes PDF417 and QR.
The model includes a receipt cutter. Cutter lifespan: 2 million cuts. The thermal head can print 150 kilometers of receipts. The printer has a paper presence sensor and a cover open sensor. There are light and sound indicators for monitoring operation.
