Scales M-ER 326 AFU-15.1 "Post II" LCD USB-COM is a packaging model of high II accuracy class with improved metrological characteristics. The scales are suitable for trade, packaging, production sites and tasks where high measurement accuracy is important. The claimed accuracy class is confirmed by a state verification certificate, and the model itself can also be used as a laboratory scale.

Design features

The main advantage of this model is the combination of high accuracy, convenient management and readiness for integration into the operational infrastructure. The maximum weighing limit is 15 kg, the minimum is 50 g, and the division price is 1 g. The scales are equipped with an LCD display with an enlarged symbol size, so the results are clearly visible to the operator even during intensive work.

• High accuracy class II — for tasks where accurate weighing results are important.
• The state verification certificate is an official confirmation of metrological characteristics.
• Connecting to a POS system via USB-COM is convenient for trade and accounting automation.
• There are three units of measurement: grams, kilograms and pounds.
• Large LCD display — the symbols are easier to read in daily work.
• The compact 265×290×110 mm case and 255×205 mm platform can be conveniently placed on a table or work area.
• Height—adjustable supports - help to precisely set the scales on the surface.
• Intuitive control panel — the operator learns the device faster.

In all modifications, the required operating modes are implemented: simple weighing, comparator mode, summation, output of the weighing result and accounting for the weight of the container. Modifications with advanced functionality are available for individual tasks.

Operating rules

The body of the scale is made of durable ABS plastic, and the metal frame is protected from corrosion by powder coating. Due to this, the model is suitable for intensive daily use. The scales can be used even outdoors: the electronics are protected from dust and humidity, and temperature fluctuations in the range from +10°C to +40°C do not affect the accuracy of measurements.

For correct operation, it is recommended to install the scale on a flat surface and not exceed the maximum permissible load. Adjustable supports allow you to precisely align the equipment and maintain high measurement accuracy throughout the working day.
