• W — Resolution 2.3 Mp.

The X27 L-ARL-W modification is suitable for projects requiring industrial barcode reading, standard decoding, autofocus, red backlight, 12 mm lens and 2.3 MP resolution. The included cables allow you to connect the scanner via RS-232 and Ethernet.

The MERTECH X27 L-ARL-W is an industrial scanner with intelligent decoding and autofocus support. It is designed for fast and accurate reading of 1D and 2D codes, including Data Matrix, QR, PDF417 and Aztec, even at high object movement speeds and variable lighting conditions.

The X27 model is available in several versions. The X27 L-ARL-W version has a resolution of 2.3 megapixels and a 12 mm lens, so it is suitable for applications where high image detail and stable code reading are required on production lines, in logistics and automated control systems.

Key Advantages of X27 L-ARL-W

• Intelligent decoding: high processing speed and accurate recognition of complex barcodes.
• Autofocus: Stable scanning without manual focus adjustment.
• Red illumination: reliable reading of codes on different types of surfaces and packaging.
• 2.3MP resolution: high detail for working with small codes, DPM and markings on complex objects.
• The 12 mm lens is a solution for tasks where a narrower field of view and precise focus on an object are required.
• Industrial reliability: the housing and the electronic part are designed to work in production, warehouse and automated production lines.

Application of X27 L-ARL-W

• Honest Mark marking: reading Data Matrix codes on goods, packaging and shipping boxes.
• Production lines: quality control of marking and verification of codes on moving objects.
• Warehouse logistics: acceptance, aggregation, sorting and reconciliation of labeled products.
• Electronics and DPM: recognition of fine and laser markings on boards, chips and components.
• Automotive industry: reading codes on parts, assemblies and components in conditions of vibration and variable height of an object.
• Pharmacy: working with codes on blisters, vials, ampoules, cartons and group packaging.

Interfaces and compatibility

• Ethernet: TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Profinet.
• RS232 for serial communication.
• Isolated inputs/outputs: NPN, PNP, relay.

The X27 L-ARL-W can be easily integrated into MES, SCADA, 1C, PLC systems and modern production platforms. Support for industrial interfaces allows the scanner to be used as part of conveyor lines, sorting modules, quality control posts and automatic identification systems.

X27 L-ARL-W in marking and "Fair Sign" systems

The X27 L-ARL-W is suitable for automated product traceability tasks. The scanner stably processes Data Matrix and other codes in real time, helps to control the quality of labeling and reduces the risk of errors during acceptance, shipment and aggregation of goods.

In production

• Monitors the availability and quality of the code on the packaging line.
• It helps to eliminate errors when applying and reading markings.
• Supports checking codes in the flow without stopping production.

In logistics

• Accelerates the acceptance, sorting and shipment of marked goods.
• Reads codes from boxes, pallets, crates, and unstable objects.
• It is suitable for installation in conveyors, sorting lines and receiving posts.

Thus, MERTECH X27 L-ARL-W helps to increase the processing speed of goods, reduce errors and ensure compliance with mandatory labeling requirements.
