- Working with different types of ribbons: wax, wax-resin and resin — labels last longer.
- The thermal head has a life of 50 km — the printer has been working for years without replacing key components.
- Support for TSPL, ZPL and DPL protocols — the device can be easily integrated into any accounting system.
- A large number of built—in sensors - timely warns about the absence of paper or ribbon.
- Optional modules: a cutter, a label separator and Wi-Fi — you can customize the printer for a specific workflow.
Technical specifications
The printer works with a wide range of consumables. It supports labels from 20 to 112 mm wide, so it is suitable for both small labels and large warehouse labels. Thanks to its precise positioning and black label sensor, the device accurately prints both simple and composite labels.
Speeds of up to 152 mm/s allow the TLP400 to be used in streaming printing — employees do not waste time waiting. At the same time, the 203 dpi resolution provides clear barcodes that can be easily read by scanners, including 2D ones.
Support for all types of ribbon makes the device versatile. Wax ribbon is suitable for inexpensive labels, while resin ribbon provides resistance to moisture, light, and abrasion. A business can choose consumables for its task and optimize costs.
The printer is equipped with 128 MB of Flash and 64 MB of RAM, which is enough for stable operation with large print volumes. It processes tasks quickly and saves custom fonts, making it easier to set up.
USB and Ethernet in the basic configuration allow you to connect the device to any infrastructure — from the operator's workplace to network printing in the warehouse.
