MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP Android 11 TSD Kit, 3GB/32GB (credit with front, case, glass, strap)

The MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP Android 11, 3GB/32GB TSD kit is a ready—made solution for automating a warehouse, store, pick-up point, production, logistics and field work. The set includes an S45 GRIP data acquisition terminal with a non-removable pistol grip, a data transfer case, a protective case, glass and a strap.

The model has a non-standard shape: the pistol grip is an extension of the body, not a removable accessory. This solution is convenient for employees who often scan barcodes during a shift. The scan button is located under the operator's finger, so the device helps to perform faster acceptance, inventory, shipment, order selection and inspection of goods.

The kit with case, case, glass and strap allows you to immediately prepare the terminal for intensive operation. The cradle is used for charging and data transfer, and protective accessories help preserve the case and screen during daily operation.

Advantages of MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP

The TSD with a non-removable pistol grip is easy to operate and does not require additional assembly before starting work. The handle must not be fixed incorrectly or lost during the shift. This reduces the risk of the device falling off and helps to reduce the cost of replacing removable accessories.

The pistol form is especially useful in warehouses, distribution centers, stores with a large flow of goods and in areas where the operator constantly scans barcodes. The device is convenient to hold in your hand, and the scan button is positioned so that the employee can quickly read the codes from packages, boxes, pallets and labels.

MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP is suitable for mobile work with a commodity accounting program. The terminal helps automate routine operations, reduce errors during manual data entry, and speed up product processing.

The scanning module

The built-in E4 scanning module is equipped with a 2700K white backlight. The wide coverage angle of 42° by 27° allows you to recognize labels the first time. Scanning is performed at a distance of up to 40 cm.

The scanner responds to fuzzy barcodes with a contrast of more than 20%. TSD recognizes popular 1D and 2D code formats, including Data Matrix, QR Code, and PDF417. Due to this, the model is suitable for working with USAIS and labeled goods in the Honest Sign system.

The scanning module helps to quickly read codes on packaging, cartons, pallets, product labels and documents. It is convenient for acceptance, inventory, order picking and shipment.

Screen and controls

A touch screen and a push-button keyboard are used to enter data. The 4-inch capacitive touchpad with a pixel density of 233 ppi provides a clear image and convenient operation with the program interface.

A reliable safety glass is installed on top of the screen. The additional glass from the kit helps protect the display from scratches, scuffs and damage during daily use.

TSD can withstand multiple falls from a height of up to 1.5 m. This is important for warehouses, sales halls, shipping areas and other workplaces where equipment is constantly in the hands of the operator.

Communication and connection

The MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP connects to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless networks, as well as 2G/3G/4G mobile networks. The operator can work with the inventory accounting system in different areas of the warehouse, store or on the move.

A USB Type-C port is used to connect to a PC. The data transfer cradle from the kit helps to conveniently charge the terminal and synchronize it with the computer. This is a practical solution for workplaces where the device regularly transmits data to the system.

The data-transfer cradle performs two tasks: it charges the terminal and helps to exchange information with the PC. The terminal can be quickly inserted into the slot after the operation is completed, without connecting the cable manually.

Battery

The 5100 mAh battery provides up to 14 hours of wireless operation. The battery charges from 0 to 100% in an average of 3 hours.

The TSD supports hot-swapping the battery using a backup power source. The main battery can be replaced without disconnecting the device, so the data remains in RAM, and the employee returns to work faster.

Case protection and accessories

The MERTECH MovFast S45 GRIP enclosure protection class is IP65. The device is suitable for outdoor use, in dusty rooms, in warehouses and in areas with high equipment load.

The protective case from the kit helps to reduce the risk of damage to the case during bumps and falls. The strap allows you to hold the terminal securely in your hand. The protective glass covers the screen and helps to keep it in working condition.

The kit is especially convenient for intensive use: the terminal already has a built-in pistol grip, and additional accessories help prepare the device for daily work in a warehouse, store or factory.
