MERTECH MovFast R40 Industrial Data Acquisition Terminal (Android 15, 4GB/64GB)

MERTECH MovFast R40 is an industrial data collection terminal for warehouses, production sites, distribution centers and other high—load facilities. The model runs on Android 15, is equipped with an eight-core MT8781 processor, 4/64 GB memory, a physical keyboard and a professional 2D scanner E5-ER.

The MERTECH MovFast R40 is designed to work where conventional mobile devices lack durability and stability. IP67 protection, hot-swappable battery, Wi-Fi 6E, resistance to falls from a height of up to 2 m, and the E5-ER long-range scanner help reduce downtime and perform more operations per shift.

Scanning at a distance of up to 7 meters

In this configuration, the MERTECH MovFast R40 is equipped with an E5-ER scanning module with autofocus. It supports 1D and 2D barcodes, including Data Matrix, QR Code, PDF417, MicroPDF417, Aztec and other common formats.

The main advantage of the E5-ER is the ability to read suitable barcodes at a distance of up to 7 meters. This is especially convenient in high-rise warehouses: an employee can scan codes from the upper tiers of racks, bulky goods, or directly from the loader cabin without having to approach the goods every time.

The scanner recognizes barcodes from complex surfaces, works with contrast codes from 20% and supports the Honest SIGN and USAIS system. Successful reading is accompanied by an audible and visual indication.

The terminal's performance is sufficient to work with 1C, warehouse accounting, inventory, and labeling applications. Android 15 with GMS support allows you to use modern corporate applications, and 4/64 GB memory allows you to work with large reference books and documents.

The removable 5100 mAh battery supports hot swapping. A dead battery can be replaced without turning off the terminal and losing the current data. At room temperature, the device works for up to 14.5 hours on a single charge.

Wi-Fi 6E with MIMO 2x2, Bluetooth 5.2 BLE and 2G/3G/4G LTE mobile networks are provided for data transmission. Two nano-SIM slots allow you to use the TSD outside of the corporate Wi-Fi network. NFC, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and other navigation systems are also supported.

Industrial protection for warehouse and production

The MERTECH MovFast R40 enclosure complies with the IP67 protection class and is designed to operate at temperatures from -20 to +50 °C. The terminal can withstand multiple falls from a height of up to 2 meters and is suitable for dusty warehouses, production sites and other difficult operating conditions.

To work with documents, a 4-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 800x480 pixels and Gorilla Glass 3 protective glass is used. The physical keyboard is convenient for intensive work and allows you to enter data even in situations where using only the touchscreen is inconvenient.

The terminal's design is designed for fast service. According to the regulations, individual components — the battery, the scanning module, the screen, the keyboard and the scan button — can be replaced directly on site without taking the device out of service for a long time.

The standard package includes the MERTECH MovFast R40 TSD, removable battery, 10W power adapter, USB Type-C cable, wrist strap, user manual, warranty card and packaging. A pistol grip, charging stations and a protective bumper or case are optionally available.
