The Labeling module extends the capabilities of DataMobile and is designed to account for products with Data Matrix codes. The program recognizes labeling codes, helps to identify goods and perform operations with products that can be traced through the Honest Mark system.

The kit is suitable for working with shoes, clothing and textiles, medicines, tobacco products, perfumes, tires, packaged water and other labeled product categories. The terminal can also be used to register alcoholic beverages according to the requirements of the Unified State Register of Medical Sciences.

Screen and controls

The MERTECH MovFast S55 is designed in the format of a secure smartphone. The 5.5-inch IPS touchscreen display is suitable for working with warehouse and trading software interfaces. It is convenient to view product cards, images, leftovers, documents, and the results of completed operations on the screen.

On the case there are buttons for turning on and locking the screen, volume control, an additional programmable key and two scan buttons. This allows you to start barcode reading with different hands and from a comfortable position.

The screen is covered with impact-resistant Panda MN228 glass. The additional safety glass from the kit reduces the risk of scratches and scuffs during daily use.

The terminal has a built-in 2D Image module for reading common linear and two-dimensional barcodes, including PDF417, Data Matrix and QR Code. The scanner is suitable for working with labeled goods, alcoholic beverages, warehouse labels and transport labels.

The module recognizes barcodes with a minimum contrast of 20%, including those applied to complex surfaces. The white LED backlight ensures stable reading at different lighting levels, and the wide viewing angle reduces the time required to point the terminal at the label.

Pistol grip

The pistol grip turns the terminal into a convenient tool for intensive scanning. The accessory is especially useful in warehouses, distribution centers, stores with a large flow of goods and in order picking areas.

GPS, Beidou, GLONASS and Galileo are available for navigation. This allows the terminal to be used in field work, logistics, and courier scenarios.

USB Type-C is used for wired connection and charging. Wireless interfaces allow data transfer without installing a terminal in the terminal and give the operator more freedom when moving between work areas.

Offline operation

The 5000 mAh battery provides up to 14 hours of operation without recharging. It takes about three hours to fully restore the charge, so the terminal is suitable for operation during a full work shift.
