The label printing kit consists of a MERTECH TLP300 TERRA NOVA thermal transfer printer and a separator. The thermal transfer printer prints high-quality labels that are resistant to external influences.
Printer Specifications
The MERTECH TLP300 supports the ZPL and TSPL protocols. Ribbons made of resin, wax, or a mixture of materials are suitable for printing. Ribbon length: up to 300 m. The device prints on label tapes, paper, synthetic and textile tapes.
The TLP300 model meets the requirements of the FGIS, the USAIS and the Honest SIGN system. The device prints clear, easy-to-read codes (DataMatrix, QR, other 2D and 1D barcodes). The device is suitable for working with any category of labeled products.

The device is connected to a PC via USB, RS-232 or Ethernet. The Ethernet interface allows you to print files from different computers. The printing process is accompanied by visual and audible indications. Ribbon and ribbon replacement is performed in 15 seconds using the EasyLoad method.
Software
The thermal transfer printer is equipped with software. The Seagull BarTender program is used to manage templates. The MERTECH Labeling program speeds up and simplifies the work with barcodes for labeling products.
Application of the separator
The label separator is easy to install on the MERTECH TLP300. The separator neatly separates the edge of the label from the substrate. The operator can remove and paste the label with a single movement of his hand. Until the finished label is removed, the machine will not print the next one, even if a large file has been sent for printing. The removal of labels from the substrate is controlled by an optical sensor.
