The kit includes a MERTECH TLP300 TERRA NOVA label printer with a cutter. The printer operates on the principle of thermal transfer. To print labels and receipts, you need a ribbon: a ribbon with a coloring agent. The device is compatible with ribbons based on resin, wax or a mixture of components.
Printer Specifications
The TLP300 model is suitable for printing cash receipts, labeling raw materials and finished products. It was developed in accordance with the requirements of the FGIS, USAIS and Honest SIGN. The printer can print stamps with 2D barcodes to account for leftovers.

The TLP300 supports the standard ZPL and TSPL printing protocols. You can connect the device to the POS system using USB, Ethernet, RS-232. When connected via Ethernet, you can send files to print from different computers.
The device can print on paper, textile, synthetic tapes, and labels with a sticky backing. The operation of the device is controlled by a sensor system. A quick replacement of the tape is carried out using the EasyLoad system.
The software is included in the package. The Seagull BarTender program allows you to create and edit receipt and label templates. The MERTECH Labeling program makes it easier to work with labeling codes.
Application of the cutter
The cutter is a sharply sharpened blade. It is installed on the front panel of the device. The cutter allows you to quickly and accurately cut the ribbon on the knife blade. The cut line is perfectly smooth. The blade self-sharpens during operation.
The accessory is not suitable for cutting the substrate with self-adhesive labels. Glue particles will accumulate on the blade, which will reduce the efficiency of work. Knife life: up to 2,000,000 cuts.
