Filling floor scales MERTECH M-ER 334 ACFLP-300.50/100 LED

MERTECH M-ER 334 ACFLP-300.50/100 LED packing scales are reliable equipment for warehouses, logistics centers, manufacturing enterprises and trade organizations working with heavy and bulky loads. The model is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments and is supplied with state verification, which allows the scales to be used in commercial calculations. The scales operate in the range from 1 kg to 300 kg and provide stable accuracy within two weighing intervals. When turned on, the device undergoes a self-diagnosis and displays the results on a bright LED display with a large contrast indication. It is a stable and durable solution for daily use.

Design features

The model is based on a reinforced metal frame painted with powder paint, which protects the structure from corrosion and extends the service life of the equipment. The enlarged 450×600 mm platform is made of stainless steel. Overall dimensions 450x715x965 mm. It provides convenient placement of bulky products, boxes, bags and containers. One high-sensitivity strain gauge is responsible for accurate results, designed for multiple overloads and stable operation under high load.

The folding stand makes it easier to place the scales in the workspace and reduces installation site requirements. The LED display with large 11×20 mm symbols remains clearly visible at different angles and in low-light conditions. The push-button keyboard provides convenient access to key functions: zeroing, selecting units of measurement, working with containers, and counting mode. When the maximum load is exceeded, the scale provides an audible and visual signal, protecting the sensor from damage.

Key design elements that make the model comfortable and safe:

• reinforced frame with powder-coated anti-corrosion coating;
• bright LED display on a folding stand;
• vandal-proof keypad and reinforced case sealing;
• large 450×600 mm platform for heavy loads.

Advantages of the model

The scales support several modes of operation: simple weighing, packing according to established limits, counting items of the same weight and sampling the weight of containers in the full range. The 50/100 g readability ensures the accuracy required for handling heavy products and large containers.

The model operates according to a two-interval scheme: up to 150 kg and up to 300 kg. In the first interval, the division price is 50 g, in the second — 100 g. This provides increased accuracy in the lower range and stability when working with heavy loads, which distinguishes the model from single-range scales with constant discreteness.

The scales operate confidently at temperatures from -10 to +40 °C, which is suitable for retail premises, warehouses and production halls. The built-in high-capacity battery ensures long-term autonomous operation, and MERTECH's proprietary energy-saving technology reduces battery consumption. Each model undergoes state verification and meets the requirements of GOST. The scales have an official two-year warranty.

The main advantages of the model:

• accuracy, confirmed by state verification and registration in the State Register;
• enlarged 450×600 mm platform for bulky goods;
• two-interval scheme for increasing accuracy in the lower interval;
• bright LED display with high readability;
• long-term autonomous operation from a high-capacity battery;
• resistance to high weight and intensive use.
