Filling floor scales MERTECH M-ER 334 ACFLP-150.20/50 LCD

MERTECH M-ER 334 ACFLP-150.20/50 LCD packing scales are reliable equipment for trade, warehouses, logistics and production sites. The model is included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments and is supplied with state verification, which allows it to be used in commercial calculations. The scales operate in the range from 0.4 kg to 150 kg and provide high accuracy thanks to a two-interval weighing scheme. When turned on, the device undergoes self-diagnosis and displays indicators on a large LCD display, convenient for use in bright lighting conditions. It is a durable and convenient solution for daily use.

Design features

The base of the scale is a reinforced metal frame, painted with powder paint, which protects the case from corrosion and prolongs the service life of the equipment. The large 450×600 mm platform is made of stainless steel. Overall dimensions 450x715x965 mm. This size is convenient for working with boxes, bags, containers and goods of different sizes. One high-sensitivity strain gauge is responsible for the accuracy of readings and is designed for multiple overloads.

The folding stand allows you to conveniently place the scales in the work area and saves storage space. The LCD display with 9x21 mm symbols provides good readability of data from different angles. The push-button keyboard provides quick access to all modes: zeroing, working with containers, selecting units of measurement and counting mode. When overloaded, the scale provides an audible and visual warning, protecting the load cell from damage.

Key design elements that make the model comfortable and durable:

• reinforced metal frame with anti-corrosion powder coating;
• large LCD display on a folding stand;
• vandal-proof keypad and reinforced case sealing;
• 450×600 mm platform, convenient for bulky loads.

Advantages of the model

The scales support several operating modes: simple weighing, packing according to preset limits, counting items of the same weight and sampling the weight of the container in the full range. The discreteness of 20/50 g ensures high accuracy when working with medium-weight goods, containers and packaging products.

The model operates according to a two-interval scheme: up to 60 kg and up to 150 kg. In the first range, the division price is 20 g, in the second — 50 g. Due to this, the scales provide more accurate readings on light and medium loads than single-band models with constant discreteness.

The scales operate confidently at temperatures from -10 to +40 °C, which allows them to be used in various working conditions — from sales halls to warehouses and unheated rooms. The built-in high-capacity battery ensures long-term autonomous operation, and MERTECH's proprietary energy-saving technology controls charge consumption. Each model undergoes state verification and meets the requirements of GOST. The scales have an official two-year warranty.

The main advantages of the model:

• accuracy, confirmed by state verification and registration in the State Register;
• enlarged 450×600 mm platform for large and heavy products;
• two-interval scheme for increasing accuracy in the lower interval;
• Reliable LCD display with high readability;
• long-term autonomous operation from a high-capacity battery;
• resistance to temperature fluctuations and intensive use.
